Featuring from scratch house made subs, salads, pastas, appetizers and of course pizza. Grand Slam Pizza is Vista's newest Pizza parlor. Our business model focuses on community involvement and supporting our youth sports. As the owner, Louie 'Bear' Archuleta, being born and raised in Vista, some of my earliest and best memories were going to a Pizza Parlor after my Little League and Pop Warner games. It was always Strawhat Pizza, Godfathers, Round Table or Stuft Pizza, where after our game the parents would bond over beer and pizza and the kids would bond over video games. Growing up in Vista in the 70's and 80's we had the small town feel where everyone knew everyone even with the growth of our city we have not lost that small town feel, but in the Shadowridge area, we were missing a neighborhood restaurant that 'community' is built upon.
